Q:
Why do you stop taking direct orders?
A: First we like to apologise. We are a small outfit with a few men.
While we very much like to handle all customers orders, we are not equipped
with the resources to do that. Ample amount of time has been spent in
the past answering enquires, sending updates, taking pictures etc. thus
taking up substantial time that should have been spent on building.
We need to focus building that so that orders do not get delayed.
Q: I am travelling to Singapore, can I purchase directly from
your store?
I like to buy a body from you, but I like see a picture first.

Do you ship to my country?
Do you take paypal?

Sorry, we do not handle direct orders anymore,you may however purchase

Q:
Can I send you a part to be aged?
A: Sorry we do not take aging jobs.
Q: Is your aged pickguard airbrushed with tinted finished and
will flake over time?
A: Only innovative people are capable of that. we are not
in that league.
Q: I like something with these custom specs.
A: We are no longer taking custom ordera unless it is a suggestion
from a dealer.
Q: Do you supply lefty parts?
A; Sorry none of us here are left handed, and we don't forsee
that we are capable of doing lefties
Q: How about bass parts?
A: Its been on the to do list for a while, we will add pictures
when we are ready.
Q: Unaged bodies and necks?
A: Sorry nope. You can get really good ones from Fender licensed makers.
Q: What is the warranty like?

Please check with your respective dealers for more information.
Q: My country is not covered by a dealer?
A: Yes, we are too small to be covered everywhere, you may check for
our dealers from your most comfortable location, many dealers do have
website with shopping cart facilities.
Q: Are you operating under " name" in "this"
country?
A: No, monster relic only operates from Singapore.
